Pakistan is helping the terrorists by giving them money, training and supplying deadly arms to them. the Pakistan intelligence agency ISI picks up youngsters and provokes them to rage war in Jammu and Kashmir. as a matter of fact, Pakistan has become a sanctuary and training ground of terrorists.

वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में बढती महंगाई तथा व्याप्त दरिद्रता के कारण आज का युवा रोजगार की आड़ में भ्रष्ट कर्त्यो को अपने जीवन में अपना रहा है, जिसमे हिंसात्मक रूप से किया जाने वाला कार्य आतंकवाद भी एक विषय है.
आतंकवाद एक वैश्विक समस्या के रूप में उभरी है, हालाँकि इस समस्या का समाधान कर पाना किसी एक व्यक्ति या समुदाय या राष्ट्र के हाथ में नही है, इस समस्या के लिए सभी में जन जाग्रति का प्रसार करना होगा.
आज दुनिया का हर देश इस समस्या से ग्रसित है, क्यों न इस समस्या का सभी देश मिलकर समाधान खोजे जो इन आपसी बहस तथा दंगो का हमेशा के लिए निराकरण कर दें. आतंकवादी गतिविधिया मानवीयता को ख़त्म कर रही है.
आतंक शब्द का अर्थ भय, त्रास या अनिष्ट की पीड़ा होता हैं. नागरिकों पर हथियारों से हमला करना, उनके बीच भय का वातावरण बनाना. आतंकवाद कहलाता हैं. आतंकवादी शत्रु देश के इशारों पर क्रूरता का आचरण करते हैं.
आज ये आतंकवादी हमारे देश में ही नहीं, विश्व के अधिकांश देशों में अपनी आतंकी गतिविधियाँ चला रहे हैं. आतंकवाद से आज सभी भयभीत हैं. इसलिए यह एक विकराल समस्या हैं.
भारत में आतंकवाद-हमारा देश भी इस विकराल समस्या का सामना कर रहा हैं. हमारे देश में पंजाब में उग्रवादी प्रवृत्ति चली. वह शांत हुई तो 1989 से कश्मीर को लेकर आतंकवाद का प्रारम्भ हुआ. आतंकवादी हमारे पड़ोसी देश से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर और विस्फोटक सामग्री लेकर हमारे देश में घुस आते हैं.
और चिन्हित स्थानों पर हमला कर देते हैं. इन्ही आतंकवादियों ने दिल्ली के लाल किले पर, श्रीनगर विधानसभा और संसद भवन पर हमला किया. इनके द्वारा किये जाने वाले हमलों से आमजन में भय का वातावरण बना हुआ हैं.
जम्मू कश्मीर सहित पूरे देश में जगह जगह आतंकवादी हमले होते रहे हैं. इन हमलों में आतंकवादी अत्याधुनिक हथियारों और विस्फोटक सामग्री का उपयोग करके नरसंहार करते हैं.
२४ सितम्बर 2002 को गुजरात की राजधानी गांधीनगर में अक्षरधाम में कुछ आतंकवादियों ने अंधाधुंध गोलिया चलाकर ५० से अधिक लोगों को मार डाला.
इसी प्रकार जयपुर में १३ मई २००८ को हुए आठ बम धमाकों से जहाँ ६७ से अधिक लोग मारे गये वहीँ २५० से अधिक लोग घायल हुए. २७ नवम्बर २००८ को मुंबई में अब तक का सबसे बड़ा आतंकी हमला हुआ जिसमें १९५ लोगों की मौत हो गई.
६० घंटे तक चले इस आतंकी हमलें में मुंबईवासियों की ही नहीं, पूरे देश और प्रशासन की नीद उड़ गई. आतंकवादी सुनियोजित ढंग से हमले करते रहते हैं.
आतंकवाद के दुष्परिणाम- भारत को पाकिस्तान से लगती अपनी सीमा पर सेना तैनात करनी पड़ रही हैं. इससे कभी भी भयानक युद्ध छिड़ जाने की आशंका बनी रहती हैं.
आतंकवादी आए दिन आत्मघाती हमले करते रहते है. वे भारत में साम्प्रदायिक तनाव फैलाना चाहते हैं और दंगे करवाने की योजनाएं बनाते रहते हैं.
हालाँकि प्रतिदिन कुछ आतंकवादी उग्रवादी मारे व पकड़े जा रहे हैं. परन्तु सीमाओं की सुरक्षा पर सरकार को काफी धन व्यय करना पड़ रहा हैं. और देश की सम्पति को नुकसान हो रहा हैं.
आतंकवाद को रोकने के उपाय- भारत में चल रहे आतंकवाद को सख्ती से दबाना चाहिए. इसके लिए सेना और सीमा सुरक्षा बल को पूरी छूट दे देनी चाहिए.
इस सम्बन्ध में पाकिस्तान से भी शान्तिवार्ता होनी चाहिए तथा बेरोजगार युवकों को आतंकवादियों के चंगुल में नहीं फंसने देना चाहिए. विश्व के बड़े राष्ट्रों की सहायता लेकर आतंकवादियों के सारे शिविर नष्ट कर देने चाहिए.
कई हमलो में भारतीयों की साजिस होती है.ऐसे गद्दारों को पकड़कर फांसी के फंदे पर लटकाया जाए.जिससे ओर कोई इस कार्य में साथ न दें.जिस प्रकार पुलवामा का हमला हुआ.उसमे भारतीयों के भेद होने के कारण बिना बुलेट पुरुफ़ गाड़ी पर हमला किया गया/ओर हमारे देश के 40 जवानो ने अपनी जान दे दी.
इसलिए उचित यही है.कि देश के गद्दारों को पकड़ा जाए.कहा जाता है.''घर के भेद लंका लुटावे'' यानि जब कोई अपना विरोध में खड़ा हो जाता है.
तभी हमें आतंकवाद जैसी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है.गद्दारों को देश से भगाए. आतंकवाद से मुक्ति पाए. इस प्रकार देश को आतंकवाद से मुक्त किया जा सकता हैं.
उपसंहार- भारत सरकार आतंकवादियों की चुनौतियों का सामना कर रही हैं. हमारी सेनाएं उनका सफाया कर रही हैं. साथ ही आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने के कारण पाकिस्तान को दंडित करने की आवश्यकता हैं. इस सम्बन्ध में सरकार एवं जनता में परस्पर सहयोग अपेक्षित हैं.
हमारे देश में बचने वाले गंदे कीड़ो की वजह से हमारे देश मे आए दिन आतकंवादी हमले होते है. आतंकवादी घटाने दिन प्रतिदिन बढाती जा रही है. इस पर हमें काबू पाना होगा.
हर रोज के समाचार पत्र में आतंकवादी हमले का जिक्र किया जाता है. आतंकवाद हमारे देश के लिए एक चिंता का विषय है, तथा देशवासियों के लिए कलंग है. इस समस्या से हमारा देश पिछले कई दशको से जूझता आ रहा है.
आतंकवाद का नाम सुनते ही हमारे जहन में काले कपडे पहने बन्दुक हाथ में रखे लोगो की टोली नजर आती है. तथा हमारे मन में उनके प्रति डर पैदा होता है. जो हम सभी की कमजोरी है.
हमारे देश के कुछ गद्दार लोगो के कारण ही आतंवादी हमारे देश में प्रदेश क्र देसज को भारी नुकसान पहुंचाते है. हाल ही में हुआ पुलवामा हमला आतकंवादी हमलो का एक उदहारण है. इसके प्रमुख जिम्मेदार देश के गद्दार है. जिन्हें देश के भगा देने में ही भलाई है.
कुछ लोगो द्वारा समाज में हिंसा को बढ़ावा देना या लोगो के प्रति हिंसात्मक को बढ़ावा देना आपसी गतिविधियों द्वारा देश को नुकसान पहुँचाना आतंकवाद होता है. अधिकांश आतकवादी हमलो के जवाबदेही हमारे देश के लोग ही होते है.
देश के प्रति जहर रखने वाले लोग आतकवाद जैसे अपराध को अंजाम देते है. आतंकवादी लोग किसी भी व्यक्ति को डरा धमकाकर अपने वश में कर लेते है. और कुछ लोग उनका सहारा देने के लिए तैयार हो जाते है, जिससे देश में आतंकवादी हमलो को अंजाम देना ओर भी आसान हो जाता है.
